The following conditions apply:

 

Domestic delivery (Germany) and delivery to the following countries:

Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Slovakia, Slovenia, Liechtenstein, Greece, Lithuania, Portugal, Netherlands.

 

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

 

Standard shipping costs €4.60

 

Deliveries are insured with Hermes and DPD.

 

Deliveries abroad:

 

Deliveries are insured with Hermes.

Flat-rate shipping costs for Europe €12.00

 

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union (Switzerland), additional costs may arise in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which you are required to bear (transfer fees, exchange fees, bank fees, customs duties, taxes).

Delivery times

The delivery period begins when we receive payment in advance or when the transfer is made to our bank account. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the delivery location, the next working day shall be deemed the last day of the period.

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 days, and for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the contract is concluded (if advance payment has been agreed, after the payment instruction has been issued).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
